Service & Payment Terms & Conditions
Please read through Service Terms & Conditions carefully before booking an appointment.
Payment Terms:
All New/Once-Off Clients are required to Pay Upfront. Payment is due one day prior to the Confirmed Service Booking Date
Service will only commence once Full Payment has been made
Regular Clients may opt to switch to Pay Later Invoicing after displaying three months of Timely Payment History
These Invoices will be Due for Payment prior to the next Service Booking Date
Next service will one commence once Full Payment for the Previous Invoice has been made
State your Name and Invoice Number as the Payment Reference or Description
Please ensure payments are always made by the Due Date to maintain service continuity
Receipts are emailed once payment has been received and upon job completion
Service Terms:
SHELDON Services is an ASIC Registered Sole Trader Business operating in Hobart, Tasmania
At times, the Business works alongside other Subcontractors where required
All Enquiries & Discussions are to be directed to the Business/Business Owner only & not with Subcontractors
This Business is not registered for GST currently therefore no GST invoices can be supplied
Flat Fees. Service Duration depends on the condition of the property
End of Lease cleans can take all day at times & may continue after hours or over multiple days in some instances
End of Lease Cleans include a Bond Back Guarantee whereby a Re-Clean will be organised at no extra cost subject to availability
All Tools & Equipment, Products & Supplies are provided by SHELDON Services
Alternatively, your own Tools & Equipment, Products & Supplies may be used if they are of Better Quality, Performance, Efficiency or for Hygiene Reasons
Consumables such as Toilet Rolls, Kitchen Paper Towels, Bin Liners, Laundry Liquids/Powders, Hand Wash or Dish Detergents, Soaps etc. are to be supplied by the customer
Consumables can be supplied by SHELDON Services at an Additional Cost
Always store away Cash or High-Value Items safely before your service commences
Any changes to your Service Schedule or Requirements should be discussed at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your appointment
A 20% Fee applies if a service is cancelled without sufficient notice or if access to the property is not available on the day
If a regular Fortnightly service is Missed, Skipped or Cancelled, the next service will cost $330.00
Notify the Service Professional(s) of any Allergies or Reactions in advance or immediately upon reaction
Assess Service Quality to ensure it is completed to your satisfaction before the Service Professional(s) leave(s) your property
In case of End of Lease Cleans the property assessment may be completed by your Property Manager at a later date
Remeber to be polite when requesting for a Re-Clean/Re-Visit if any tasks are missed. Re-cleans/Re-Visits are offered, subject to availability
Before & After Photos or Videos may be captured during Cleaning or Gardening services for Quality/Marketing Purposes
Leave a Review/your Feedback about the service experience on SHELDON Services’ Google/Facebook Business Profiles
Service prices are subject to revision at the start of each Financial Year in line with CPI (Consumer Pricing Index) changes
The Business will remain closed for Easter, Christmas, New Year breaks & on some Public Holidays
This is a Casual Service Agreement and can be terminated by either party at any time with sufficient notice

Deep Cleaning of the Oven & Grill (Add-On Available)
Cleaning Internal or Externally Accessible Window Panes (Add-On Available)
Washing Dishes (Add-On Available)
Washing & Drying of Laundry (Add-On Available)
Mould Removal/Treatment (Add-On Available)
Carpet Hot-Water Extraction with Shampoo Concentrate (Add-On Available)
Green Waste Removal Service (Add-On Available)
Removal of Pet or Human Faeces, Urine or Vomit is the Client’s Responsibility - Service not provided around affected areas
Any Additional Tasks that are not included in the Checklist will be charged extra & Invoiced separately
