Service Skipped/Cancellation Fees
A Skipped/Cancelled Service Fee of $55.00 incl. GST will apply to your next invoice if your Scheduled Regular Cleaning or Gardening service is skipped, missed, or cancelled. This fee compensates for the opportunity cost, scheduling disruptions, extra work load on the next visit and ensures fairness for all clients. The business encourages clients to honour their appointments, ensuring that slots are reserved for those who are committed to our services. To avoid a Skipped/Cancelled Service Fee, please check if your appointment can be rescheduled for another day in that week or early next week. If you're going to be away for an extended period of time (e.g. on long holidays), you will be charged an extra Deep Cleaning/Initial Service Fee of $55.00 for the first/next service upon your return.
Late Payment Fees
A Late Payment Fee of $25.00 incl. GST will apply to your next invoice if your previous invoice was not paid by the specified due date. The business encourages regular clients to make timely payments to avoid service disruptions. This will reduce additional adminstration work of chasing up overdue payments and will ensure that our team gets paid on time for the quality services rendered.
Consistent delays in payment may necessitate a review of your service provision. This could lead to a temporary suspension or, in some cases, a complete cessation of services. Such actions are taken at the discretion of the business to ensure the affordability sustainability of our service commitments to all clients.
